What do/did you use and hownlong did it take for your body to get used to it?

I tried shaving, then epilatimg 1 or 2 years ago, loved the smooth feeling all over, but the ingrowing hair were a nightmare.

3 months in and instead of a smooth pubic area, i was full of spots and scabs due to in growings, so i stopped. Balls and shaft are fine funnily enough, it was just the pubic area causing issue.
