Yeah, those boots have the hooks up top, I’ve tripped on the laces catching many times before 
I just wanted to show the CAT logo
I left them purposefully muddy as well from the lockdown countryside walks

@Melody1 I have a pair like those (somewhere…) and had them for years. Classic and have lasted really well. Yours happen to have a fiiiine set of legs and feet in them
