With the current economy, I’ve been unable to buy sex toys or lingerie like I used to.
However, I have huge hoards of toys I’ve forgotten about which have been stashed in giant plastic tubs in the spare bedroom.
I’ve been stuck in a rut, only using the same suction toy for like the past 4 years and so I had the idea to shop my stash!
Once a week, I dig through the tubs and pick a toy or 2 at random. A sexy lucky dip!
I’ve rediscovered some amazing toys, some ive never even used. My current faves are the we-vibe tango x and a FSOG rabbit.
Do you have a variety of toys you’ve forgotten about, or in a similar situation as myself?

I too, have so many toys and lingerie in my collection. Some I’ve hardly used or not even used.
I’ve been using my Pro40 99% of the time for clitoral stimulation, and my lifelike vibrating dildo. And forget about my other toys. Think I’ll dig out my FSOG ones, after that who knows what I’ll dig out next
That is such a brill idea! I’ve got so many toys and like many other people I’m guilty of sticking to the same handful of toys.

So far, the ones ive tried so far are charging well, along with keeping a long charge. Most of these toys are 10+ years old. Silicone is perfect, too!
However, my lingerie was a different story. My cat had somehow found a way to get into the drawers they were stored in and practically shredded it all and it seemed there were more fur on them than her

I was constantly buying and receiving stuff for reviews, the stuff i bought got looked at and the review toys got used for a couple of months until new stuff came in, so previous toys got stored away with the intention to still be used, but I got lazy because I wanted a quick orgasm and my satisfyer gave me that.
I completely get you. Sometimes I like to slow down and enjoy myself, but something one just needs to ‘scratch an itch’, so to speak. Clitoral suction toys do that everytime.
Combination of reasons @Purring-Pussy . One had a part break, three seemed like kinky ideas but just didn’t work as expected, one didn’t fit right. All were just taking up space in my bin for no reason so I cleared them all out. Too easy to collect too much stuff.
@Social_Outburst I’ve found that certain materials don’t take well to long term storage - the softer rubber dongs don’t do well in the heat either and tend to lose their shape, especially if compressed against other harder toys. It’s almost like they get depressed from lack of use!
@Purring-Pussy It’s so interesting to hear about the different ‘favourites’ people have. I’ve never personally got along with the clitoral simulators (a favourite for many) but have had the same G-rabbit for at least 7 years now and always buy the same one (or as similar as possible) when the motor eventually wears thin. Lovehoney has always been incredible with customer service and has always replaced my motorised beloved on the few occasions I’ve needed a new one, but the chest of lesser-used toys continues to weigh heavy and collect dust under the bed while the favored few get promoted to the bedside drawer.
