This sounds incredibly difficult if not impossible using a strap on for pegging. Perhaps she was pegging him free style with a dildo. It's actually not that difficult to do - my otherhalf is a size 8 and quite a bit shorter than I am. I'm of medium build and probably slightly above average height . For us it is quite easy to do but i can see whay it would be impossible for some folks.
