Another variation which has worked well.
spreader bar between legs, butterfly vibe attached and hands in cuffs to bed head but in a way that can be released with a little effort then turn the butterfly on and throw the controller off the other end of the bed so you cannot stop it. Gets me to a happy place!
I find solo bondage a lot more exciting than bondage with a partner, because I can set my 'trap' up exactly how I want it, I can both dominate and submit to myself at the same time. There's also the advantage (or disadvantage, depending on how one looks at it!) that if it does go wrong there's nobody to help you - making it that little bit more thrilling if it nearly goes wrong but not quite.
Do be careful though. I'm an extreme risk-taker but it's not for everyone!
