I can see your quandary, you are really enjoying your alone time but are concerned that feeling will diminish if you husband knows and is excited and expects sex when he gets home, but the excitement is linked to his scent after he has been working out.
You do need to let him know, but you don’t need to stop, the conversation needs to go about finding a way of putting the 2 things together at times.
