Others have hit on the main points, importance of sterilization, etc., I am another vote for yes to sounding! Very unique and pleasurable sensation. I prefer stainless steel sounds too especially for starting, the weight can help it slowly go in with no pain if done properly. Very slight sting when first peeing afterwards is all I’ve had to deal with luckily!
