It depends on what you want - the spreadbars come on different sizes which forces the kegs open - do check how long you want your or your partners legs open

We do a lot of impact play and my wife’s favourite activity is to hang me by my wrists from one spreader bar and use a second spreader bar to separate my ankles. She then whips, canes, paddles or crops me.

We have a hard point in our ceiling for a sex swing. Tonight I’m going to tie her wrists together and then tie them above her head to the hard point (not suspending her, just keeping her hands out of the way), then use the spreader bar to force her to stand with her legs apart so I can slowly tease her and make her beg for release.
