I'm going to give the vlog a look. My OH is the only person to have been able to make me squirt, I never even knew I could.! For me he does this when fingering me, in a corny way he just knows how to hit the spot.

Something I discovered was to take it slowly, keep going and to not try and avoid the sensation or the moment, let is kinda wash across and keep the pressure etc - if anything, try and "over stimulate" your partner at that moment, with your tongue or a toy etc, just to push it even further.
And listen to them, read their cues.
