I recived my sqweel 2 in the post this morning however when I put batteries inside it the tounge does not move all I can hear is a buzzing sound I changed batteries and followed the instruction manual...am I doing something wrong

This has just happened to me except there isn’t even a motor noise just the blue light that’s come on. I’ve contacted customer support and they have sent me out a new one but now I’m wondering if I should have tried a different brand of batteries. Fingers crossed the next one works!
