Stamina

Do stamina training sleeves really work? OH says I last long enough to satisfy her but sometimes it feels I’m cumming too soon. Considering a stamina sleeve, but don’t want waste the money on something that is just false advertising.
How can a toy make you last longer? Been working on strengthening kegal muscles to last a bit longer.

You can do a similar thing without a toy. Edging is basically where you take yourself right up until just before you jizz, and then stop touching yourself completely for about 30 seconds to a minute until you’ve calmed down. Then keep repeating that for as long as you can/have time for. :slightly_smiling_face:

You can add a toy in (and even apps, etc) to make it more fun, but you can definitely do a low/no-tech option. :+1:

As Ian Chimp says edging of any kind will improve your stamina.

After 15 months in a male chastity relationship with lots of stimulation but very few orgasms (tease and denial) I can now last indefinitely or orgasm to order depending on what my wife wants.

I’m not sure about training sleeves but if my partner wants to last abit longer we use a cock ring and it definitely works :slightly_smiling_face:

I was thinking about buying a cock ring myself but was a bit unsure about it, do they really benefit?

Guys I’m with usually edge or they use a cock ring. There are certain ones that pleasures both and I love those. Makes me orgasm every time and it makes him last even longer as it cuts off some blood flow. It’s not dangerous unless you constantly wear them for weeks or something.

Yes they definitely work. They restrict the blood flow a little so it makes it harder aswell as last longer.
We’ve got a collection of different ones but This plain one is similar to my partners go to if it’s just for lasting longer.

Sleeves have worked better for me.

Just to check, do you mean a penis sleeve or a stamina training stroker?

If you mean a penis sleeve, then they can help you last longer by decreasing the sensitivity while wearing one. Whereas the stamina training strokers are more about the edging I mentioned above (but they offer a more ‘realistic’ sensation than just your hand).

A cock ring that’s tight enough makes for a more powerful orgam too I find.
As it puts pressure on the urethra, when it spurts out it feels more intense.
I’ve got 2, I prefer the bigger one (1.5" diametre) as it isn’t very stretchy and compresses me more. The smaller one is very stretchy and a bit disappointing in that respect.

I’ll give it a look and see what it’s like

I’ve used a stamina training unit (fleshlight) to improve my stamina, however this helped me due to inexperience and brain games related to it. Things that reduce the sensitivity might help further (cock ring, numbing lube or spray, sleeves like a thick condom).

Didn’t realise there was options, but had the stroker in mind.

Sorry for all the questions, are they ok to be used with condoms?

When I turned 35, I went from playing brain games to not cum, to having to play brain games TO cum. It was like flipping a switch. Kinda crazy how it happened like that, but it did.

I can’t see why you can’t use a condom at the same time, it sits right at the base so shouldn’t really cause interference.

Definitely try edging. It’s something I am trying to do more of to build my stamina up. In terms of sleeves, the Fleshlight STU is really good. But it’s almost TOO good. You need to be really disciplined with that toy, it’s far too easy to enjoy the moment. You definitely wouldn’t go wrong with it, but if you’re just starting out on the edging process to build your stamina I would maybe suggest going for something less intense. Lovehoney have a great head massager or would recommend the Fleshlight Flight.

There are a few bits and pieces that can be used to make you last longer (though make sure you have an idea of what a reasonable length of time is, as some people take porn a bit too literally :slightly_smiling_face:).

Constriction can help for some, and vibration is another (though some people are the opposite). Delay sprays, condoms (or thicker ones if you already use them), penis sleeves - these all dull sensitivity. More sex can help, as that can acclimatise you to the sensations more than sex once every 6 months. :slightly_smiling_face: Mixing it up is good too, so don’t think you have to stay in there from start to finish. Moving from sex to oral, to toys, to kisses, and back to sex again can help prolong a session in a fun way. :+1: Different positions can also slow it down or speed it up depending what you need.

There’s a guide and a podcast episode that might be interesting?

Ah ok that’s good to know

No wonder it takes me so long to orgasm… I’ve been ‘edging’ for too long :see_no_evil:
