We currently use the Fun Factory Share XL though the receiver's end is rather large for anyone new to anal play. The Share and Share XS offer medium and small alternatives.

As for lubes, we use Liquid Silk and Pujr Original Silicone. Contrary to what you will hear, this lube silicone lube is OK with Fun Factory and Tantus Silicone rubber toys. The Liquid Silk is very slick and makes for easy insertion while the silicone lasts for ages so we don't need to stop for lube top-ups.
