Can't help you on the internal dildo bit, but the harness I have is suitable for up to a 60" waist I believe, and i'd really recommend it; it's comfy and comes with 2 really good-quality dildos. Speaking as a larger woman myself, the idea of the fit not being an issue is appealling... But obviously these will only work if she isnt especially fussed by the idea of the straps... the upside is that many people have said it makes you feel like you get more 'up close' to your partner and there is less in the way :)

We have the one I mentioned in my post, but have yet to use it properly (on my part, need to get a bit more practice in!) but were fairly surprised with how well it stayed in place in my partner.

Its my birthday this week, so might have a few too many drinks and then just dive in and give it another go! lol
