Strap-on harness first time troubles... please help!

Hello!

This is my first time on the site, and also I've never used toys before, so please be gentle! I'm in need of some advice.

My OH and I have been talking lately about using toys for the first time, and we decided on a couple of dildos on Lovehoney that we wanted. This week we've been talking about getting a strap-on harness for me to use, and I picked out one that I think looks really sexy- the 'Sportsheets Sedeux Corsette Dildo Harness With Vibrating Bullet' (http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=16090#fulldesc).

The dildos we want are the 'Tantus Silk Silicone Dildo' in Medium and Small so we can get used to them, and also use them without the harness. (http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=13884 and http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=692)

The problem is, the o-rings that come with the harness are 1.5", 1.75" and 2", but on the Tantus pages it says they fit an o-ring diameter of 1". I did look around for replacement o-rings, but all I could find on Lovehoney was a minimum size of 1.25" (neither Spartacus nor Sportsheets seem to go lower than this).

So I'd really like to know if we could use those dildos with the harness if we get a 1.25" o-ring, cause I don't want it to be too big and slip around or anything! Replies would be really appreciated.

You can go to the hardware store and get O-rings in all sizes, if you can't find it on LH. It's really best that the dildo fits the O-ring, or it will not be anchored very well, but you can also contact Lovehoney customer service by Livechat, and they'll try the fit for you with the 1.25" ring and tell you. They're great about that!

Hi Vox,

I have had a look at the Sportsheets Sedeux Corsette Dildo Harness With Vibrating Bullet and tried the two Tantus dildos with the smallest O-Ring supplied (1.5") and as long as the harness is on securely the dildos will stay in place. Therefore a 1.25" O-Ring would do the job as well.

I have enquired with our Buying Team to see if we can look at stocking some 1" O-Rings as the smallest we currently stock is 1.25".
