the title says it all.
In Germany Lovehoney seems to be no part of UniDays. Maybe that’s due to the switch to .eu?Does anyone else have this problem?
A fix would be very nice for all the students who want to get the 20%

That sounds like it would be a query for customer care, you can call, email or live chat with them 
The forum is predominantly Lovehoney customers so although some may be able to offer advice, we can’t provide an answer or fix anything I’m afraid.
Hi there, sorry to hear that you’re having this inconvenience. I have encountered the same issue for Italy. It displays an error message saying that the discount is not available.
I have contacted both the Lovehoney and UniDays customer care, and it turns out that for some countries some websites simply do not appear as available in some countries on UniDays. Specifically, UniDays replied “Please note that there are no Lovehoney offers in your region at this time. Please check the app/website for updates.”
The Lovehoney customer care kindly provided me with a 20% discount code when I brought up this issue to them, but I still can’t generate a code for the student discount through UniDays on the lovehoney.eu website, even though I should be eligible as a student in the EU.
Hey, yes, that’s how I did do it so far, however this is really inconvenient for me and LH I assume.
@luis1 totally agree! I’m unsure who to contact on this besides customer care as we’ve done. This technical issue definitely falls under the purview of the Lovehoney team and UniDays staff in Germany and Italy (as well as potentially other EU countries?).
