I actually put some engineering thought into this very subject . When decades younger , I was able to just barely get the head of my cock in my mouth . No way could I be that folded up and give myself a proper blow job . In my old age I am way less limber and my cock has not grown in length , so have thought of what I termed " my little cocksucker assistant " . Naturally the mouthpiece would be best made using a clone a willy copy of your own cock . The engineering challenge would be to have rather elaborate plumbing , so that when your head pulsed , swelled the copy head would relay the same action . In early stages of development , many challenges involved . Initial testing indicates the unit will need a semen delivery tube , separate from a tube that squeezes cock just below the head . Cum deliver tube must be small diameter , while “squeeze” one can be somewhat larger . The constricting band ( with suction ) is the biggest challenge so far . Using a cock extension cut down for cock end of unit . Initial tries I found I got a good seal around cock head , but also trying to suck urethra into cim delivery tube . I will think on it and let you know if I overcum the problems . Plan on using part of cock shaped dildo for mouthpiece . Also trying to make the connecting tubes as short as possible . 35 years ago they could have been maybe 2-4" overall , stove up old man now . Shooting for maybe 10-12" . Curse me for not being more flexible and having a longer cock !
