So last few weeks we’ve had a Beef Roast and today chicken & stuffing bagettes soaked in gravy with Roasties in too.

Roast chicken, with a bit of gammon, pigs in blankets roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding cauliflower cheese, lots of veg and gravy with cranberry sauce. Yummy.

Not until deep into winter then beef every time …. However cannot fault a naughty Toby every so often

We do love a roast and usually go for pork, but with there only being 2 of us, cooking a roast is more effort than it is worth.
(Also for anyone else from Scotland, Skirlie should never be on a roast dinner 
)

It’s got to be a roast, chicken or gammon, yorkies regardless of the meet, pigs in blankets as a treat

Meat of preference is lamb so if we don’t have a roast I will normally make lamb kleftiko
