There’s a question, the thought of it thrills me, but out of respect to my OH I would decline.
In my experience, many of them do. It’s down to the masseuse and not necessarily the place. I think it’s more of a cultural thing.
I wouldn’t be surprised.
If it offends you then I’d suggest making clear you have no interest from the start.

Me, I would accept. The masseuse likely would be too beautiful to turn down. But, in any event, I’d gladly take them up on the offer.
I used to work with high-end hotels, and I was having a bad day when the general manager comped a massage at the spa. What I didn’t know is it was prearranged to be a happy ending. I climbed onto the table, and the girl started jacking me off and smiling broadly. I came in 10 minutes.
The point being, you can’t tell by the parlor. This was a five-star hotel that was part of the Waldorf-Astoria family.
