With regards to OF and porn, it’s all about the visuals for the watchers. For all we know, the woman could be putting up with a bit of pain but thinking about the pay cheque at the end. Or she could be so turned on that she feels comfortable.
The vagina is a muscle, it stretches. The length could be an issue if you don’t want a bruised cervix. I can’t speak for all people who own vaginas. We’re all different.

Porn is a terrible demonstration of “real” sex. I remember watching an episode of the old Sin Cities with Ashley Hames, how they produced “cumshots” by some guy off-camera with a bottle of glycerine, cornflour and water mixture, squirting it at the women — no wonder the women didn’t mind having it in their mouths, the glycerin would have made it taste sweet! Typically Ashley had a lot of fun performing huge and wholly unrealistic “cumshots” after filming too.

What you have to put into perspective here, is that in porn or on OF, the majority of these female models are literally tiny small women, 5ft - 5ft.6” ish. So when the camera zooms in on a 7inch penis in a small vagina it’s going to look absolutely huge. Now if you was to put a 6ft.2 woman with the penis, it’s going to look a lot smaller than it actually is. In the movies it’s all a false perspective of the human anatomy.
