So I just logged on today and my photo seems to have been a) removed or b) vanished. Now before you go crazy, I have had the same photo for well over a year and no questions were asked or issues raised. Has anyone else had this happen recently as a glitch? Have a missed a rule change? Cheers.
I've put a new one up for now but just generally curious.
Have you tried contacting Live chat?
Even if they can't give you an answer they will normally flag your query to the right person.
