What magnets are you thinking of? With the use of 3d printing nowadays instead of using wood as of my youth those magnets don’t go anywhere I’ll put a diagram together to show my old working concept I used later.
I suppose if you can create a system to “lock” them in place then they won’t. I was thinking more that magnetised to a plate or a pole, they will be quite free moving.

@steve19 they are all crooks- you see a sofa at a good price then it’s the matching other parts that are not reduced (did not want them anyway) but then it’s the foam type filling , my husjust said if it fails we will be back under the guarantee anyway
