Thanks all! Celebrated with a lovely new white leather thigh-to-wrist restraint set.

We also got selected to test The Marriage Box and reviewed. It’s a really cute set of thought-provoking cards that capture all sorts of themes that come up throughout marriage, from sex to sulking and crushing on others. Would make a great little gift set to anyone you know getting married.

It was quite a well timed test of this so thanks @Lovehoney_Brenna for selecting us, we’ve been through a number of the cards, each one taking about 15-20mins because they are SO good at inspiring conversation. Thank you!

Well, good morning all…
For us, winter is finally here. Mrs LC came back from her trip and said our bedroom felt chilly. So before bed, we put the duvet on for the first time!
We have had lots of rain and cloud this week which means the sun hasn’t shone through the patio doors and the temperature inside the apartment has dropped, so last night the patio door curtains were drawn, and the heating went on (again, for the first time)
Winter is here for us on the coast!

I looked at the date today and saw it’s the 14th. Whoop, whoop Mr @Wurger is home!!
@steve19 said how would you choose Mrs W…why choose. Three is much warmer when snuggled up :hugs:

You started it! I’m an older sister, you should know that if you start on me, i’m in it until either you tap out or Mum tells us to behave :joy:

By the way, guess who got herself some shortbread today? Proof this independent girly don’t need no man :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::rofl:

As the youngest and also oldest also the only kid in the family I have harnessed the trifecta of childhood powers, all I have to do is look at mum with innocent eyes and everyone else better run for cover. No one hurts her precious boy :smirk::grimacing:.

Yummy shortbread :+1:t2:

I’ll raise you chocolate chip shortbread and fruit scones baked by these hand truly.

Oh so you’re a mummy’s boy? I know your kind. I’m a Daddy’s girl and the oldest of two. Just remember, Dad rules the roost and his little girl has him wrapped very firmly around her little finger. I could work my feminine wiles on Dad, and then… :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Hubby is an only child too though I’ve often heard his mother would adore me, as his father already does, so I guess it’s YOU who should watch out :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: :joy:

Fruit scones? I can make my own :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: chocolate chip shortbread though? You have me at a disadvantage, but not for long.

I’ll raise you clotted cream fudge and tiramisu, made by yours truly. Do we have a deal? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

ETA: My tiramisu and fudge is so good, I’ve been put on “pudding duty” for our family Christmas get-together this year (trial-runnng an orange and dark chocolate toramisu recipe tonight) and Mum doesn’t buy fudge anymore but has no qualms about going into confectionery stores and telling them that her daughter makes it better :joy:

ETA2: I’ve just remembered that Mum loves my hubby so much, she once told me if hubby and I ever fought to the point where we considered divorce, she would make us sit down and she would make us talk it out. So it seems like only children can be equally charming, and peace offerings and “gunboat diplomacy” might be all we have :joy:

@Tenshadesandme now comes the head scratcher, I’m no mummy’s boy and 4th of 4 kids but my statement before is still true.

All the foods I describe I make at home with these masterful hands of mine, my nans taught me everything I need to know from custard tarts to Christmas cake.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again we seem to be peas of a pod you and I

By that logic, my guess is you are adopted?

Much of what I know I learned from my Nan too. Used to drive her nuts though because I can make a fine and airy crumb in a matter of minutes :joy:

If you’re anything like I am, the real headscratcher is when someone gives you a measurement in metric and your imperial ass has gotta spend a hot minute converting it!

Today didn’t go as I hoped. Not upset, just frustrated. And tired.

Still, I try again tomorrow. Tomorrow might be better. Might be shit too.

I had such hope but dashed they are, try again don’t go so far. My mum is mum my dad is dad 3 siblings came before this lad. We share blood and merry times, but the nest was mine while they roamed near & far.

That’s all any of us can do. If it helps, it’s been a bit like that for me too lately. First three fence panels down in Storm Darragh, then neighbours trying to involve me in their disputes with their other neighbour (wanted our CCTV to “prove” that their other neighbour is a drug dealer, despite there being no proof nor suspicion beside their own), then I discover that the rats behind our shed have completely disregarded the bait boxes and chewed another hole in the shed instead, so I’ve had to spend another £45 on bits to go “scorched earth” on them, right before Christmas. They’ve crapped on a lot of our festive stuff too, so the decorations are a bit minimal this year.

But, as you say, it’s frustrating but it’s not the end. Tomorrow could be better - it might not be, but it could be. We just have to celebrate the small victories when we get them

Sorry to hear it’s not been as hoped, a nice bath and vino and maybe a grope. :+1:t2: will reset your day at least.

Ahh got you. I didn’t think of that possibility, my apologies.

Mind you, I was first out of the nest too. My Mum thought my brother would be the first out but I pretty much got up one morning, gave a salute, flapped my wings and took off!

ETA: a polite salute! Not that kind of salute!

Thanks all.

@Tenshadesandme, that’s exactly it. Sounds like you’ve had a crap few weeks, too. To be honest, mine is frustration, as I’ve put a lot of work in, and it really hasn’t worked out yet. I guess I blew it all up in my head to be bigger than it probably was. Husband has been great - lifted me up wthout being condescending. I do feel a bit more positive now.

@JGood There was certainly a shower, where he once again made sure I had the cleanest boobs in the world, and generally pampered me. I had a nice cocktail, and speaking of tail, his cock has been in my tail a fair bit too. Slow, sensual and very lovingly. He just seems to know exactly what I need.
