Its not actually a zip tie but it works a bit like one and is much easier to put on than the normal round ones. They sell them on LH there are two types one is the one with beads (they dont work very well) the other is black and both ends fit into a bit that you adjust to tighten up. Works better than all the others we have tried.

Dear God, anyone reading: Don’t ever, ever use an actual zip tie/cable tie as a cock ring!!!
I know @Wood-Nymph was meaning this cock ring as linked by @JGood above rather than an actual zip tie, but anyone just reading and getting ideas, please don’t try an actual zip tie.
They pull very tight, very easily and do not release. Your cock will either fall off or you will need a sharp knife to either cut it off (the zip tie not your penis, hopefully) or to push the tab down and this is not a great implement to have around an already swollen and in pain, penis.
