Yes, especially if the specialist subject is one i know, i then compete against the contestant! Usually do well on general knowledge too!

Iāve not watched it for years either, though more time constraints than them looking smug plus not the same since Daphne left! I loved Daphne.
Still remember the feeling of satisfaction when you got things right and they didnāt though.

I look on the tv planner to see what the subjects on Mastermind are, often theyāre geeky sci-fi or band related! I beat the contestant on Iron Maiden a few years ago!
