If you check out the Certified and Licensed Badges (Discobot Tutorials) OP there are some tips and workarounds for the image one. The easiest seems to be slapping an emoji (
) in there and sending that to him. 
For the capybara one you need to make sure you have the ‘search this topic’ box ticked.
