Remembering your dad wearing Tabac (no idea if this fragrance is still around)
This forum makes me feel old. I think i'm one of the older more regular ones on here a lot at the moment.
It started as fun but I feel I'm out of touch with most tastes and shouldn't be on here. No point unless we all meet up for alcohol.
I think my time to move on approaches.
I feel old when I see old toys on eBay for hundreds of pounds limited antique......
'Getting forgetful and confused!! Like calling Old Spice...All Spice and thinking at the time it sounds right....no hope for me...'
Called the A-Team the AA Team not long ago didn't notice till someone pointed it out that was a big worrying
the way these little young bastards of today talk... its incomprehensible at times...
Moaning about the cold weather. I sound like my nan.
Saying I left high school in 1981 and someone else in the group saying 'that was the year I was born'!
Knowing I can't get down on the floor to play with the little ones
And how much my hip and knee hurt
Saw one of my old high school teachers who taught typing and remembering when i first arrived at school we were learning on actual typewriters not computers even if it was only briefly.

I have been there! But it was 1980
I'm watching the 'Big Fat Quiz of the '90s' so pretty much everything on it.
Plus they played that awful Crazy Frog song that was somehow number one

Some people on here probably don't even know what a typewriter is! Lol

Well at least they were electric ones i suppose :)
When I have to descibe to people what the "SEGA Mega Drive" is.
My childhood was around the booming age for the fast advancements in technology - before VCR died out, but after vinyl started to die out. In fact I've noticed a lot of people proclaim "90's children" were the last generation of having a quality childhood as when current modern things get discontinued, they're referred to as "old" rather than "retro" or "vintage" - take for example Windows, Mac and Smartphone technilogy.
Then again I'm appreciative for the advancements, else we might not have had Lovehoney!
Having watched "the Piltdown man" on one of those little tellys with the magnifying bubble and a couple of years later a light night horror series called "the Creaking Door"
when my daughter's class mates are now my post graduate students :-S
When I talk about an awesome film and everyone is looking at me like I am alien. I need older friends I guess. ;-). But who hasn't seen robocop, SERIOUSLY! :)

Everyone should know the greatness that is Robocop, and this is coming from a child of '92!
(I know I really shouldn't be on this thread, but wanted to show my love for how PlainJane, Curious1, and Tronic's profile pics together make up one human. :D )
The way I'm starting to feel like I'm losing touch with technology
& the fact that one of my favourite TV shows Knight Rider is now 31 years old, still love watching it on dvd though.
