Just a question to everybody that has received oral to their OH with a tongue bar does it make any difference to the sensation that you feel

When my partner had one I could not feel it. Which was kind of a bummer but they needed to take it out due to a new job anyway.

Hubby can with mine, feeling different sensations depending on how I use it and where.

My wife has her tongue pierced and I can feel it. She uses it on the top of my penis and makes for a brilliant sensation. You can get things that go over the piercing which enhance it even more.
I remember the wife having a vibrating piercing.

I had a girlfriend who had one once. I could definitely feel it during kissing using 
she was great at BJ but not sure if I can remember massively feeling it or not.
My sister has one.
