Too slippery for intercourse

Here’s one post I didn’t think I’d make - after having a couple of days away on a mini break, we brought some toys with us and had a lot of fun play before finally getting down for intercourse. Trouble was, my partner was actually so really wet, and I was slipping all over the place while trying for PIV so in the end started losing my erection. After a little bit of inward frustration, I thought it better that we finished each other off separately. But we had exactly the same problem the following day.
Now, we had been doing the daily sex challenge for a good few days already and my partner said she thinks it was because she had retained my sperm inside, and that it can take 3-4 days for it to all to come out. This was the first time she had mentioned this in all our years together, so it was a bit of a surprise.
We enjoyed ourselves anyway, but this is the first time in years the slippery side has been an issue. Anyone else experienced something like this?

Defo saves money on buying lube I guess !

We have the same problem sometimes - regarding being too wet.
We’ve never had to use lube because I’m always wet, but on the odd occasion it can be too much :joy: and he slides back out, but I just normally use a bit of tissue to wipe myself and it does the trick.

My OH and I recently found there IS such a thing as too wet/slippery. It can reduce friction a bit too much and, along with it, sensation.

I didn’t realise it could be too slippery! I’ve always tried for as wet as possible!

I only ever had this be a negative experience once, the guy said I was too wet but really he wasn’t long enough for the strokes he was attempting :man_shrugging:t2:

Sperm can live* for 5 days outside of the body and inside its ‘host’, so extra wetness should be expected

*FYI This means that its possible to conceive up to 5 days after PIV. So if anyone is watching out for ovulation days to avoid (I’m sure you’d be aware of this already) add 6 days to the ‘be safe’ agenda.

Didn’t think of that simple solution. Will make sure the tissues are closer to hand next time :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Never experienced this, the wetter the better, the only potential downside to excessive wetness is a slight loss of sensation and therefore it can take longer to reach ejaculation.

I love the feeling of the OH’s wetness, I take it as I am doing the right things.

That’s our solution - occasionally does happen when wife is in her fertile time and we have a long session with lots of build up/edging/changing positions and alternating PIV, oral, toys… before I get back inside she will often pause to just wipe things down a bit. She needs a little bit of friction to get over the edge there!

I’ve found I can be a bit too wet AND tight…I can squeeze him out if he’s not all the way in. But a more vigorous attempt will get the job done.

Over the years we have had her too wet that reduces the friction that keeps me hard . Then more often she does not get too wet , so she lubes up which makes entry easy . However my manhood loses excitement without friction . A balancing act we had to deal with when she was still active .

I get very wet and just use a tissues
