Mainly a mans toy for the prostate but no reason why a lady could use it butt whether you get the full effect would be doubtful
I don’t see why a woman couldn’t use it, but I can see why it probably wouldn’t do much for her. Women don’t have a prostate, so we can’t have prostate orgasms. Something like this would be better for her
