Recently my OH and I have been enjoying the ‘prone bone’ or as LH calls it ‘Hard Press’
Now, without being too TMI (who am I kidding, when have I ever not been too tmi here ) I’m not typically a penetration only type of gal. Don’t get me wrong, my OH soon gets me right to the edge, but I can’t get over it until my clit gets involved (then it’s a couple of seconds before I’m over the line). So it’s both incredible and tortuous to be right on the edge for so long.
For those who’ve tried and tested this position with clit stim toys, how have you made it work for you? Which toys have you found are winners?
My wand is too bulky to fit, even though it’s only a Mantric wand. I’ve tried the wevibe chorus, but OH found the fit a bit tight and I like to just feel him in that position.
Tried a bullet, wasn’t great either.
OH likes me flat on the bed, and it feels great for me too so I haven’t put a pillow under myself for a very long time, that will be my next try with the wand wedged.
Ideally looking for something that can sit hands free, as my OH loves pinning my arms in the position (and I love it too)
I was looking at the wevibe melt, but thought I’d ask for tips and advice here first before I buy.
Also if anyone has had any success training their bodies to get over the edge just with penetration, let me know! I know most of us vulva owners be like this, but it’s maddening to be so close yet unable to get there.
This is wife’s go-to. Works in missionary, works in prone. It’s her favorite with anal/DP in this position. I love the way I can feel it thrumming when I’m inside, too. Her hand can still get a little cramped occasionally, so it’s not perfect - but if I’m not being too vigorous she can leave it down there hands free and in the prone position it stays put pretty well.
Prone bone is one of my favourites (as the giver).
Some thoughts from me:
wands can work, so long as they’re not too big. We have a number of differently sized ones. It’s not perfect, but it can work.
we’ve used a vibrating ‘rabbit’ cock ring to good effect.
a wedge/pillow may help give easier access? Eg his hands?
my wife’s Liberty 2 (avail on LH) sucks itself into place pretty decently for some relative hands free action… not that it never moves, but it does take some movement.

It’s not cheap (though neither is the Melt) but I would 100% recommend the Zumio E. It is not like vibrations from a bullet, it describes itself as oscillating, but the result (for me) is an insanely powerful clit stimulator that is much easier to position than a suction toy and doesn’t make you numb like buzzy vibrators can. It is immensely powerful and either you or your partner can hold it in place easily.
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the Melt, shape wise, it is undoubtedly my favourite suction toy. Perfect shape for my clit and much easier than the Womanizers for use during sex, but for Prone, I would pick the Zumio. My Melt broke recently and I am going to have to replace it because, although I love the Next, I seriously miss my Melt!
Basically, both are fabuloys toys but I would pick the Zumio for Prone.

Exactly that! We have done it to good effect with things like reverse cowgirl etc too.
Same as when using it ‘normally’ it isn’t perfect as it isn’t always in contact with the clit etc, but if you like cock rings in general then you may like it.
You don’t need to be anywhere near as precise as you do with a suction toy. The only risk is hitting your clit dead on straight away, in which case, it will send you flying across the room! Go in subtly, a little off to the side to start. Honestly, I’m not quite sure how, but it feels nothing like a precise buzzy bullet. I’m assuming because it’s oscillating rather than traditionally vibrating . It is definitely worth a punt and when not in Prone, as a toy for your partner to use on you, it’s sensational and much easier for him to place than suction toys.
