I purchased the Lovehoney dream wand in January 22 and the X ROMP Switch Clitoral Suction Stimulator.In September 22, both have now stopped working. Has anyone else had this?
I’m so disappointed with the longevity of these products and it’s put me off purchasing anything from Lovehoney in the future. My toys from other retailers have lasted years.
I would speak with Customer Service, LH products are normally very good. The products you have purchased are certainly not cheap so you would expect them to last longer. Customer Service have a very good reputation, good luck.

I don’t have either of the products that you’ve stated but apart from my most recent , never had any issues with faulty toys or toys from LH that have stopped working. I did have a suction toy from Amazon that stopped working after about 3 months, I think from overuse.
I don’t know what the lifespan is meant to be for a sex toy but I’d speak to customer services and see what they say.
Why is it instantly a case of the quality of the product?
Things do break down spontaneously. Yes it might be outside of warranty, but that’s the chance you take with anything you buy.

Why not contact the Repair Shop on the BBC? I think that they have the skills to get toys working again. However it maybe s little embarrassing when you collect the repaired toy as the presenter usually asks you try it out.
