We use Lovehoney flavoured water based lubes for everything. We love them. They're definitely not sticky and they're great for oral and anal too. Also no worries about having to use seperate lubes for toys made of different materials x

Yep a good lube is well worth investing in, though everyone has different preferences so be prepared to try a few before you find your favourite.
As for glass toys, I think if you types 'glass' into the forum search bar you will probably get a few really comprehensive threads on glass toys :)
