Curious… I’ve seen bits and pieces before trying to explain tucking but to be honest… I don’t quite get how it works? Anyone care to explain it without too much complexity?
It’s just a way to hide the man bits under clothing so there is no bulge showing. Different ways to do it but essentially the penis is pulled down and “tucked” between the legs. Testicles will also get pushed up into the lower abdomen at the same time. Sounds like it might hurt but it doesn’t. Just picture a guy coming our of really cold water and the testicles likely tucked themselves for warmth. Penis can be held in place with a snug fitting undergarment or one can also get tapes designed to hold things in place. If done correctly with the right bits one can even replicate a camel toe look.

I’m doing this at the moment.
I don’t tuck my testicles up into my body but I tuck everything down between my legs then cover them with a foam or silicone cup or pad which is moulded to produce a smooth outer shape and the appearance of a camel toe or even more detailed vagina and labia. It works best wearing women’s underwear as they have no bulge at the front so they are tighter and hold everything in place better. Men’s briefs tend to be slacker in the front so the pad tends to move and the camel toe is less obvious.

@Natalie …the undergarment I referenced is called a gaff but there are different meanings to the word as I found out. I process a lot of firewood to make maple syrup each spring. One of the tools I use to handle the logs is also called a gaff. There is also a boating and fishing version but it’s pretty much a pole with some kind of hook on the end. I purchased mine from one of the online sellers that sell pretty much everything. About a week later I was looking for a discontinued part for work and the “recommended for you” section was all cross dressing items… just as my co-worker walked in. Lots of explaining in a hurry. LOL Off topic I know but in hind sight is pretty funny.

Ok…. Basic questions here:
1: is the penis tucked down, up or back?
2. How does the gaff hold it? Is taped? Sleeve? Or a pad that is compressed?
3. What happens when the penis no longer relaxes?
4. Is it painful to pull the testicles up? What holds them?
5. Is it possible to pee whilst tucked or does it require untucking and retucking?
1 - down and between the legs while soft.
2 - a gaff is basically tight underwear but can also have female form shaped pads included. @rockstar references these.
3 - game over with an erection.
4 - not at all as long as not forced past were they fit. Compression and simply being tucked keeps things in place.
5 - untucking required unless one is using a gaff with a catheter included which allows peeing while sitting down. Hard to find but they are out there. Generally speaking, if someone is tucking then an erection is unlikely because interests are different.

I’ve really saggy balls and not sure they’d tuck up back inside me again

I remove the pad to pee then replace it afterwards. It only takes a couple of seconds. I have seen silicone ‘boxer’ shorts with a detailed vagina and padded buttocks. There is a tube inside for the penis and it is supposed to be possible to pee without removing the item but I have no personal experience.

Or spending half an hour in -24°c conditions! It doesn’t need tucking, it retracts into your abdomen!

I find it easiest to gently push my penis inside and pull my testicles down while holding everything in place with snug panties . I think if you are a shower the other method might work better . I am a grower . Modeled the look to wife and she did not like the look at all .
That’s a shame.
My wife has no fantasies or imagination when it comes to sexual activity but she’s very supportive of my kinks and suggestions.
She is quite happy with our current role reversal and limited cross dressing.
