I was wondering - if I already have 1 wand, is it worth having another.
Does anyone have multiple wands for different things?
I like the look of this one but I guess itās just going to do the same job as my current one.
The reviews look amazing.
It depends on the wands. We have the Mantric, Desire, and Tracey Cox Squishy wands on rotation as each feel different. The So Divine Wicked wand has been relegated to ānot used any moreā pile, and Mrs Chimp doesnāt really like the Classic and Deluxe mains-powered wands as theyāre too industrial for her.

Do you know what it is that she loves about the mantric one?
The frequency. Mrs Chimp loves the Mantric toys as they seem to vibrate at just the right tone for her. Itās also a manageable size to use with a second, internal toy (normally a glass dildo).

This was the first wand that worked for me, mains wands were too heavy, hard and transferred too much vibration into my hands.

Hmm, having issues! Decided that yes, I want to take advantage of this deal of the day and popped some stocking hold ups in my basket too. Want to use a 20% review discount but obviously the email link is not working, mine is also one of the unlimited accounts that the normal codes and free postage are not currently working for.
Live chat is obviously not now working as after hours and when I phone it rings, get the message saying after your query is resolved will you answer a couple of questionsā¦ yes, rings again and then goes strait to the after call questions without the call ever being answered. Tried a few times.
Any advice?

That is a tricky one. Iām afraid all my tips and tricks got shredded with the old site. Iāll have a think.

As a Lovehoney branded toy, it may come up again and/or pop up in a sale or offer. Whether it goes down the Ā£18 is anyoneās guess (although the same logic would also say it could go even lower next time).
If you really want the toy, the extra discount would only be Ā£3.60, which is not to be sneered at but still not mega bucks. I would suggest ordering it and emailing customer care. They should be willing to at least refund you the postage cost even if not the review discount. You could also use Top Cashback. I know you donāt get cashback on orders that include discount codes, but Iām not sure if that applies to on site offers or not.
It might be worth dropping customer care an email now anyway, it is supposed to be 24/7. If they havenāt replied in a couple of hours, then decide how much you really want the toy.

Live chat wasnāt available for me earlier but I tried again and got through to someone on there about 6:30pm, not actually sure what hours they do on there but maybe worth trying again?

Hmm, emailed back with weāre having some issues with our system at the moment please try again in 24-48 hours.
Live chat just says, āUnfortunately, there are no agents online at the momentā and ringing up I canāt get though to anyone!
Know I can leave the stockings off for now and postage and extra 20% is not a huge amount so probably being cheap but itās in my nature! 
I will ponder how much I want itā¦
