Are they silicon? I find the surface too rough even with plenty of lube. Much prefer stainless steel.

Tried alsorts of urethra toys, had beads but now I’m stretched to a 15.5mm hegar sound I need to find some that are a bit bigger as they don’t touch the sides anymore!! 
The one the thing I’d love to try and is on my sex bucket list is urethral docking with a fellow sounder on as large a double ended sound. Looks so sexy!!

Yes they was silicone and I used as much lube as I possibly could on them lol but it did make me wonder if it was either down to the type of lube I used or if it’d be any better if I tried steel ones instead.

Yeah, had a vibrating silicon sound and i didn’t like how rough it was inside the urethra, my ribbed stainless steel and smooth ones cause no irritation.

@AJSTAR I’m not a fan of silicone sounds, I’ve got a 13mm silicone nail which I can wear for long periods because I’m well stretched and it goes in easily but I find regardless of the lube I use on silicone sounds if it for short play or long term wear it dries out really quickly and can become and take a bit more pulling to remove, for me personally I prefer stainless steel sounds as they stay well lubed and slip in and out easier, also find with them being solid they are easier to insert especially when going up sizes.
For me also I use lovehoneys discover lube and pump that straight in to my urethra rather than put it on the sound, makes it easier to control the sound as your not covered in lube.

Stick to stainless steel, silicone can “drag” , stinging is usually due to irritation, more lube slightly smaller dia. that said I have some 35cm silicone sounds and can use them without issue but use a Swiss Navy anal lube.
Use smooth sounds for now?
I have a ribbed sound and metal butt plug that I hook up to my Estim unit that can be fun

Many years ago I went to pass Urine and instead I passed Blood, I gave it a few hours but the desperation of wanting to pass Urine overtook and I had to visit A&E as all I was doing was passing Blood. They had to catheterize me in order for me to empty my Bowel and no it was not a pleasant experience. I did not enjoy the experience of having a tube introduced to my Urethra at all, how you Guy’s get a pleasurable experience from inserting things there is beyond me.
I kind of would like to experience what you do as it does sound fun, I just could not go through that initial introduction again.

Maybe I’ll look into getting a steel one then and trying out this discover lube as at the mo I used the Lovehoney water base lube. Do you get any after effects of stinging when going for a wee?
