When using a strap-on I always use against my skin but noticed images and most porn always show the person wearing knickers and then the strap-on over the knickers ..

Sexterminatrix isn’t overly fussed either way, and if depends on what we’re using at the time. For the strapless ones, usually no pants, but with pegging panties or the boner briefs it’s pretty much implied.
It doesn’t really matter from my perspective so long as a) she is pegging me, and b) she is enjoying herself. I do, however, get more of a thrill from her using them with an outfit, as it plays more into my CFNM, vulnerability thing.

@batjamboree yes, as @Mel3 said, Clothed Female Naked Male. It’s typically enjoyed in reversed role power dynamics to further establish the female’s dominance over a male, he being naked, exposed and vulnerable while she enjoys the security of being fully covered. At most, I will be wearing a cage during these sessions but I am otherwise naked while Sexterminatrix wears whatever suits her mood, be it sexy outfit, regular clothes or even flannelette men’s pajamas.
