I have to admit to doing this even though I don’t need to I just like hitting the pleasure / pain crossover point. I am aware that it is a real leap of faith for the ladies, and yes it will go back to normal, but you have so much erectile tissue to play with

Hubby used to do this in the early stages of his ed as it was the only way we stood a chance of doing piv. He had to put a cock ring on to keep the erection, if he didn’t it would go straight back down. He does not need to use it now and I think he would not want to use it again as it just reminds him of all the struggles we had at the beginning.

For me I found my penis feels more sensitive and aroused for at least a day or two after using a pump… and the puffy effect stays for a day usually!
Recommendation wise, I’m not sure as the one I have didn’t come from Lovehoney but it came from one of their suppliers so maybe it’ll end up here at some point

I’ve been using a penis pump for well over 10 years. I started using it improve my errctions. I was on the larger side to start with so inreasing size wasn’t the reason for buying it. I have however gained an inch in length and girth. I have always used a bathmate which uses water instead of air to create a vacuum. It seals against your body not the base of your Penis. Each time I pump Oxygen-rich blood is drawn into my penis. I love watching it grow in the clear tube. Until I have the biggest hardest erection . This is supose to help blood flow into the penis The gains in length I would say, are pretty permanent , if I stopped using it for a few months, it stays the same the gains in girth are not. The only Downside, is I struggle to find a Masturbator that is big enough. I Personally, think in my late 50s careful pumping is good for my penis health
