Ive only done this with 2 partners. The first time was something we hadn't talk about. We were just playing after sex (I had cum inside her) but I was still fingering. Fisting. It can be done right or wrong, if it's done wrong, she will never want to do it again!
Fisting does not have to be literally about 'fisting ' as in, the whole fist and half your arm up there, so stop worrying about losing a braclet or watch lol!
Heres what to do:
Make sure your nails are trimmed with NO jagged edges.
Get some KY Jelly. There are other lubes out there, but KY is the best.
Apply KY to your hand. Apply KY to her vagina inside and around the entrance.
Do some usual foreplay with thouching and caressing and oral sex. (or which ever one she likes best).
Start by sliding one finger in and out, then progress to two, then three.
Then stop, hold it there!
Keep three fingers in and gently move in and out, rotate around, push in and out.
Now she needs to switch on a bullet vibe like the bang bang bullet or a mild to moderate mini vibe preferrably with a single speed and start to stroke her clitoris with it. This will make her relax and the pleasure will stop her tensing.
NOW go four a fourth finger, in and out, slowly, twist around again, while you are doing this your hand needs to be in a narrow shape (forefinger and little finger leaning in to touch middle fingers to make your hand narrow).

I have been into fisting for many many years, i am a male so for me it's anal obviously but I have fisted a girl before. I find that for me it's plenty of lube and just work up to stretching, but various diameter toys and get used to using them with confidence and ease.
