Hey girls... I have been curious about this for some time now.
I have only ever achieved a clitoral orgasm... now I know there is squirting, but is it possible to have a vaginal orgasm without squirting? Are they separate things?
I have done neither! I have tried to squirt and failed; but if it is possible to orgasm through penetration without squirting? I would appreciate any tips as I feel I am missing out big time!

I am pretty sure you can orgasm without squirting - but im the same, never had a vaginal orgasm. I shouldnt worry too much about it. Clitoral orgasms are just fine and some women dont even get that. We are all different and the porn industry tend to make us feel like we are missing out when we cant achieve these things..

I think toys may play a part in vaginal orgasm if you havent achieved it with a partner. Ask your man to use a vibe on you or try yourself. Better still see if anyone from here can offer tips. I will be interested in the responses too. Good luck x

hi girls , i feel i would like to join in , as you said dee , squirting is very hipped up by the porn industry and all girls feel they are missing out if they dont achieve a full body orgasm .
beleive me it is possible for all girls to achieve a full body orgasm , its just understanding the technique and how this can be achieved .
i spent time finding information available online , all you have to do is find the correct spot to make it happen ,once you find it , and its different with all girls , your body will learn and it will become easy nearlly everytime honestly said , when you achieve a full body orgasm as my wife does every time now .

I have found that it's best to go slow, lot's of rubbing and friction for squirting. Whilst hard/quick is better for just an orgasm. But that's me, just experiement and enjoy. Don't put too much pressure on yourself.

My partner has very similar reactions to both vaginal and clitoral stimulation. I'm sure she has vaginal orgasms most of the time we have sex.
My clitoral orgasms are like a wave of pleasure across my vagina and lasts about 10 seconds. I can also repeat this and keep orgasming within minutes of each other until my legs literally can't take anymore. Of course it's possible without squirting. My best orgasms involve both internal and clitoral stimulation but I can cum from either. Just the friction from a big dick inside me is enough to make me cum :)
