viagra, levitra and priligy any body have experience with these???

Hi all going through a slight tough time at the moment and just wondered if anybody had used any if the above. Seen my doctor who advised on viagra or levitra to help get and maintain an erection and then the priligy to help with p.e. As these are all pretty expensive on a private prescription I can't afford all three so need to find out whats better between the viagra and levitra. Many thanks guys.

Hi DM I have tried Livirtra but only as trial. they worked fine for me. Has any one told you about the possible side effects. For me it made me very red faced and the next morning stuffing with blocked sinus. small price to pay. Have you tried the hot bath and well hydrated plus pelvic floor execise. These can make a huge difference. Good luck

I'm probably being thick (or to much red wine) but if you've seen the GP & they have recommended these medications, why do you have to do a Private Prescription?

Also their is another medicine "Cialis (tadalafil)" it is also a PDE5 inhibitor similar to Levitra (Vardenafil). Might be worth asking the doctor about this one as well.

I have only tried viagra, and that was a few years ago but it certainly extended the erection and also appeasred to delay climax, no side effects noted at the time

best of luck

Hi. It has to be done on private prescription because it isn't caused by an ongoing health problem. So according to my doctor I have to pay a silly price to satisfy my fiance. Have done pelvic floor exercises with no luck. Haven't heard of a got bath making any difference so will have to Google that.

I use Cialis, it is fantastic, maintains an erection even after sex if I was fit enough I could go again, the effect of the Cialis last for 48 hours so I call it a weekend pill.

The side effects I have is a silght headache but that soon passes. They are very expensive.

Good luck.

Hi thanks. I've always been worried at the thought of buying pills online drone over seas. Have you any experience with this? Thanks for all your help and advice folks. Greatly appreciated.

I'm on testosterone gel, which has fixed some of my ED problems, but I still have problems with maintaining an erection - probably some physical ones, but undoubtedly some in the head too.

I've been prescribed cyalis, which is the most expensive option, but certainly works longest - it keeps working for 48 hours, but some effect can still be felt for longer than this. Unfortunately, it gives me excess stomach acid, which can be a real pain unless I counter it.

I've tried Levitra, but the side-effect there is to give me a stuffy nose - to the extent that I need to breath through my mouth... which makes kissing much more difficult!

My doctor isn't much of a fan of viagra because of the side-effects there, and I haven't tried it yet.

So... Cialis it is for me.

For a UK-based online source of these tablets, you could try doctorfox.co.uk - you need to send your private prescription first, and pay over the phone, but the prices you pay with the prescription ends up being lower than you would pay without the prescription, and lower than I've found at any local pharmacy (where the cheapest has been Asda).

Note that Viagra has lost its patent protection now, so it is possible to get "Sildenafil" tablets (aka "Generic Viagra") at about a quarter of the cost, provided the prescription doesn't specify Viagra by brand.

Oh... as for herbal alternatives...

An old post on here recommended lewtress.co.uk

I can say that their Horny Goat Weed definitely adds to the effect of whatever else you use, but isn't enough to solve ED problems on its own.

However, their Bombyx Mori product also works for me. Not quite as good as Cialis, but certainly cheaper. I use a dose of 1/3 of a capsule at a time: I mix one capsule with 2 capsules of ginger (from a high street health store), then re-pack the mixture into the 3 empty capsules.

Thanks for all of your help guys. I have,a few options to try now so better do a touch more research I think before I go swallowing God now's what. Thanks.

I have used both Sildenafil (viagra) and a herbal thing called Golden Root - which I have not seen on sale for a few years.

Both had roughly the same intended effect - very strong erection within 30 to 60 mins. I have heard it can work faster - but I think that's all placebo effect,

The herbal one seems to be much stronger and seems to last well into the next day - sometimes early next evening.

The side effects are the big deal. Both give flushed face, dry nose and mouth.

Sildenafil - main problem was also visual disturbance - light sensitivity and white light seemed to turn purple. I would definitely not drive after taking.

Golden Root - is just way too strong. It came in 300mg and 500mg doses. The 500s are just far far too much. I found it actually uncomfortable, lasted too long and the side effects were too strong. Also can have a bad aftertaste.
