My hubby uses it now and again, also Cialis and a combination. He doesn’t really need to so it’s mainly ‘recreational’, but being in his mid 40’s, it does definitely have a positive effect on him that he says he enjoys.
He likes Cialis or combination pill the most as they last the longest, and taken on Friday night, the effects will last the full weekend, so it can be fun! As I’ve said, he doesn’t have an issue getting hard but when he has taken it he definitely has ‘enhanced’ arousal. He just gets turned on and hard even more easily than normal and is aware he is very hard during the night. He’s said he feels like he’s 18 again and needs to masturbate daily or more if we don’t make use of his arousal

Thanks for this! Although i dont think any of my medication would have an affect on it, my family have had heart problems and i was advised to get it checked. Done a blood test and they said i was fine (Even though i feel like one blood test isnt enough ). Going to speak to my doctor to be on the safe side.

i have angina and my doctor prescribed sildenafil but i cannot take more than one in 24 hours
Do you have GTN spray? My doc would not prescribe viagra as i have GTN but have recently been prescribed a cream which hopefully will help.
As it’s available without prescription from chemist shops, why not ask the pharmacist for advice on what’s best for you, they will know if you tell them your medication and any health issues what’s best for you. Plus to them you’re just another customer so no need to be embarrassed.

I’m in my 60s and used a little yellow pill (think it was Cialis) for the first time a few weeks ago. Had a lovely meal and a couple of drinks. Things were pregressing in the bed room when I remembered to take the pill … first mistake. Need to take it 30mins before any action. Unfortunately … hmmm … the evening didn’t go as planned. However, in the morning I had the best erection ever and it lasted and fun was had by all. Did I stay hard after I came … only for a short while. Could I have done it again … probably but didn’t try. Did the drink have any effect the night before? … possibly. So many questions … need to do some more experiments. The bottom line is that I need some help to maintain an erection (I don’t mind saying this) and the yellow pill appeared to do the trick

I get mine online. Its much cheaper and they ask all the same questions online before dispensing the medication.
I can understand that you would want to consult with a real person the first time though.
