Me and my partner have never needed it yet thankfully! (We are only 21) however, sometimes we want to go multiple rounds in one night and my partner normally needs a bit of time to recharge.
Are there any long term side effects of taking it while being young? We donāt want it to affect his dick in the long run but wouldnāt mind trying it for one night.
Or is there any other alternatives that work similar/better for our situation. (We have tried cock rings but they donāt have the desired effect)
To the best of my knowledge there are no longer term side effects from Viagra especially if used occasionally.
Have you tried the 25mg version? I was thinking of starting with that then building up / asking my GP about getting a higher dose

Yes. The difference is noticeable.
First of all bear in mind that Iām 73 years old so my experience may not directly relate to yours.
If weāre just having a normal session then 50 mg is fine. A hard erection for the session then a very mild headache later in the day.
If weāre having an extended session where I need to stay erect for a while with no direct stimulation then 100 mg does the job but the later headache is more noticeable.
Recently Iāve started using 75 mg (one whole and one half 50 mg tablet) and the effect is very similar to the full 100 mg tablet but with less headache.
The recommendationed dose is 50mg to start. I took 25mg and I was extremely effective. I donāt have ED so thought the lower dose would be enough and it was. We donāt take it the often so Iāve never had the need to increase the dose to maintain the effect. As far as long term side effects I think after 25 years of use they would be known by now and I havenāt read of any

Hi, I was referred to a dept connected to Urology, initially telephone call when they asked about getting erection, how often, morningās etc and then went to try. The cream coming in a little injector than you put into the penis hole and inject the cream in. (No needles are involved). I had no side effects with the cream but did get an erection for a few hours. I have tried it once at home and did not inject correctly, some erection but not as good as first attempt. Iām in Australia too, I just went to my Doctor and asked about it, thinking it would be a long process, but the Doctor just gave me a script for it and told me about possible side effects

Yes, on-line visit with doc is the easiest way. Iāve used it on and off for several years and like it and it works for me like others have stated. In the mornings Iām almost always hard, even with out Viagra and a lot of our sex happens then. Iām more of an evening sex guy due to the fact Iām usually up later and like being fully awake. I actually started using it after divorce when I hadnāt been with anyone other than my x for a very long time and had a couple of embarrassing episodes, due to nerves and a mental block. Once prescribed, boom 
back in action. Now itās a random occasion when I know the wife and I are going to have a long evening of sex. Side effects for me are mild from occasional headache to blood shot eyes, but itās worth it. Hope this helps you out, Iād recommend it to any man as it helped me!!!

Iāve tried Viagra, Cialis, the generics and also a combination, really just to try them recreationally and they make a difference. I am usually hard in a morning but on these, especially the combination, I am really really hard and also wake up hard in the night.
Normally once I have cum I will go soft but on these I will usually stay hard for round 2 and my wife loves this.
Itās an interesting āproblemā but on Cialis and the combination that are good for 36 hours or so and I get very easily aroused, much more than usual. This sounds like fun but Iāve needed to wank 4-5 times in the day which sounds great in theory but takes some time and is better reserved for the weekend!

My hubby has tried Viagra before, it works and gets him extra hard which is fun! We are in USA and he found a medication that is Cialis and āClimax Controlā and he has been using that since last year and it has been fantastic for both of us. He would normally last about 5 minutes but it has really made a difference and he can go 15-20 minutes now without cumming.
