I have the Vibease App Controlled Rechargeable Responsive Knicker Vibrator and had no problems with it but now the toy won’t connect to the App. Anyone any advice on what I should try?

You can try ‘forgetting’ it in the Bluetooth page on your phone. I don’t have a Vibease one, but this works with We-Vibe.

I don’t have any vibease toys unfortunately but from a general app-controlled toys:
-Forget toy in your phone as @Ian_Chimp said
-Check if there’s any app updates. If not, sometimes deleting the app and re-downloading can kick start things
-If you’ve changed your phone cover that could be it as it might be blocking the receiver if it’s a strong case
-Try turning off any other Bluetooth devices that may be interfering
If it still doesn’t work then I’d contact Vibease directly to ask for their advice. Hope you get it sorted again soon
