If you don’t have any sex toys yet there might something more generalitic for your to use. Cock rings are nice, or very nice, but only work well in specific situations depending on your aim.
With my wife, only in missonary or cowgirl (she isnt a fan of cowgirl sadly, so mostly missionary) and be aware that the vibration (ie: the ring) needs to be in constant contact with her clit for it to work well, so thrusting as usual doesnt work well. Sideways grinding is beautiful though, and being constantly balls deep in my wife isnt something i complain at all. It make for a very intimate session.

I’ve used the the we vibe pivot and verge (verge could be good for girthy people has it has large ring, but it has no stretch…), the tenga SVR (excellent too, long reach too and very stretchy) or the desire (pretty tight ring, would avoid in your case).
Have you tried looking into adjustable cock rings?
Not sure there’s any with the added vibes but still worth a looking into
