Welcome to the forums I guess, when it comes to Vibrating Knickers my OH and I have only had bad experiences. Most of the different ones we've tried (Astrea, Doc Johnson Black Rose and two others from Ann Summers). Instead I think your money would be better spent on a butterfly vibrator, these seem to get really good reviews although can be a little expensive, here's a link so you can go take a look and have a read about them :)
We've just bought the LoveHoney Venus Butterfly Vibrator, the only downside here is that the control is on a wire which might not meet your exact needs. Good luck finding something for you guys to enjoy though :)
