Hiya and welcome.

There are a few vibrating tongue ring toys but they're not all that great purely because they slip off easily from the tongue. You're better off investing in a waterproof bullet and using it outside your cheek, under your tongue and on the point of stimulation itself.

I agree with Nymeria holding a vibe against your cheek works much better, even if it does shake your bones a bit lols.

I have my tongue pierced and I have a vibrating tongue bar that fits through my piercing even that isn't great, better than a loop that slips off but still not fab
