Does anyone who has this know which charger it needs?
I lost mine 
and customer services don’t have the information on which charger is needed
It’s a shame, as it’s rather nice when it’s charged

I’m pretty sure this comes with a usb cable to charge it. The toy it self has a self sealing port on the bottom for one of those longer plugs that look a little like the real old school head phone plugs 
perhaps reach out to @Lovehoney_Brenna if customer service can’t help 
they are usually amazing and as the toy itself is still in stock I’m surprised they couldn’t help.
Just a quick edit to say if you watch the video on the link you sent it shows the cable

Yep, definitely a usb charger, with a round pin that you push through the plastic. But a different size to my other one, and customer services don’t know what size barrel it is.

I’m astounded live chat couldn’t help you! Looking at the video, it very much looks like the 2.4mm jack cable. Lovehoney use this for most of their resealable toys and it seems to now be the only jack (as opposed to barrel jack) cable they now supply. It’s not one of the toys specifically mentioned on the list but there are a lot left off that list that definitely do take the same jack.
Hopefully Brenna will be able to confirm (or correct me) tomorrow

Same, tou can clearly see it in the video.
It seems to be a bit shorter than this one 
I tried the 2.4mm jack and it stuck out by about 5mm - I don’t think we stock a replacement for this one

The 2.4mm fit width wise, it’s just the length that stuck out a bit. I don’t know much about chargers though I’m afraid

How long is the one you tried? I could search for one that’s a bit shorter and try it?
It does seem weird that you don’t stock one
I tried the 2.4mm Jack, the one in the box for the G-Thriller was around 15mm long I think

A shit in the dark but could something be stuck in the port?
And out of curiosity how long have you had the toy? Would it still be covered by the satisfaction garauntee ……. Along the lines of I can’t use it so I’m not satisfied
Could it charge with the 2.4mm charger inserted?
If some sticks out a little but it can charge successfully, it might be the best result achievable with an after market charging cable.
The lights did come on to indicate that it was charging - but given it was sticking out I wasn’t 100% confident to recommend it as a solution

We still haven’t been able to replace the charging cable we lost for our lovely:

Having looked at the charging cable items on LH and I’ve just seen this:

I’m wondering, in this case, if it would be compatible with the Fifty Shades Wave vibe.
I’d like to try this, but I’m unsure whether it will fit.

To the OP, if you get this one, just remember not to lick the portion that sticks out when it’s charging…
