Hello I’m a virgin and have never penetrated my vagina and I was wondering if there is a vibrator that either won’t break my hymen or if there is a vibrator that might be more comfortable to try for the first time.

I would suggest most would be suitable as long as you don’t insert it too far?
Maybe fit a rubber ring to prevent going too far?

LH has a dildo training set, which, if used properly, gently stretches the hymen instead of tearing it.
For vibrators I would recommend a plain bullet vibrator. They are as big around as a finger. Mind you, they aren’t designed for total insertion and I would be cautious in case you accidentally pop it past your hymen and can’t get it out again without help from a gynaecologist! But they are great for clitoral stimulation and rimming/teasing your vaginal opening.
Another option is the non-insertable clitoral suction vibrators. It all depends what your goal is. Good luck and hope you find something suitable.

As someone who couldn’t even insert a small tampon before losing my virginity I’d say it most likely has a lot to do with your anatomy and whether or not your hymen is actually still intact (some sports can make it more prone to breaking) 
I’d say perhaps explore with fingers first or else you really could be starting from anywhere in terms of size

I was also a virgin when I started using toys, and if you dont want to tear your hymen, id reccommend a bullet vibe. I used this one :
for while before I started using anything to penetrate, and I think that bullet vibes are PERFECT if you cant/dont want to have penetration. Its small and can be hidden and used discreetly if need be
