Hi all, was watching a Gone Fishing repeat last night and they had Dr Anand Patel on it, I always love listening to him talk because his voice is so soothing. It’s almost like a big hug.
It got me thinking what, or who’s voices do you find sexy, soothing or most annoying.
For sexiest it either got to be Florence Pugh or Henry Cavill. Love a Scottish voice like Karen Gillan’s too.
Obviously for me the most soothing is Dr Anand,
And most annoying, and this will divide opinion, but Nigella, I find her voice so forced.

I struggle with people that have really nasally voices. They just make my skin crawl 
I love an Irish accent (don’t really mind where from), some Welsh and some Scottish.
I’ll occasionally hear someone and think “ooh keep talking” but can’t think of anyone right now

My " ooh keep talking" has to go to Sean Bean! I love the tone of his voice and the accent 
I can’t stand whiny voices or ones that are too high pitched.

Voices that don’t turn me on but I can just listen to indefinitely: Morgan Freeman and Stephen Fry
Morgan Freeman’s voice is amazing, it’s incredibly warm and easy to listen to. Stephen Fry, I have the complete Sherlock Holmes works read by him and it’s lovely to go to sleep to.
Voices that turn me on: Trickier, I love the Irish accent meeting people, generally. For specific people I’m not too sure though, I’ll say Henry Cavill, I think. Lovely voice but probably also influenced by picturing the package and person it comes with too .
Most hated voice: Janet Street-Porter, honestly, her voice has set me on edge ever since I first became aware of her as a child.

For warming me up , a woman with a smooth and or lower sultry voice . Voices that irritate me are often regional dialects . Here in the US a southern lady can sound sexy and great , however in areas with where the distinct exaggerated enunciations that are hard to understand drive me nuts . Same goes for Great Briton , well spoken English is generally fine . However some Welsh and other regional dialects are hard to follow for me . Interestingly back when I was single I hooked up for a memorable one night stand with an Israeli gal who spoke English very well , but her voice with accent was steaming sultry . Which was precursor to an energetic night of fun . She had just finished her two years of military service and was a sexy hard body , good thing I was body builder at the time .

Turn on: another vote for Russian/Eastern European for me. Also Dave Gahan (Depeche Mode), the things that man does to me with his voice 
Also adding any man who can purr. My husband does it to wind me up and it sends me weak at the knees every damn time 
Soothing: I used to be an Olivia Kissper ASMR fan until she upped sticks and quit. I love ASMR but not all ASMRtists are created equal. Amy Kay ASMR and Tingting ASMR are my current loves, but I’m always up for some Completely Casual ASMR too.
Annoying: Seth Rogen/Will Farrell. It seems I am not okay with eccentric Americans

@Peitho, totally agree about Henry Cavill, you do sort of get transfixed when you see him, let alone listen to him!! How can a man be that good looking!?

I do love an accent like Irish or Scottish but has to be just right to make me melt or I could easily find it annoying
But my biggest no go accents are the types you get on them dating tv shows and Essex stuff

Lad I’m sleeping with was born and raised down south but has been living up north the past couple years, he’s taken on the accents of those around him and I find it weirdly really hot. Something so adorable about a “posh” southern accent mixed in with tad bit of Scouse
