Yes I have, a goodly number of times.
Heck, even my ex-wife did that to me several times and we had a terrible sex life.
One lady I dated between my marriages did that often to me, with me.
Both my current wife and I do that with/to each other, but not all the time. Maybe like once a month or so.
With my ex-wife, it didn’t always go well when I did it. She said no several times and I get it, no one owes us sex. Now, she would have been ticked off at me had I said no to her when she woke me up for sex at night though…
It always went well with that lady I mentioned above who I dated between my marriages and it’s always gone well with my current wife.

Morning or before bed, absolutely. But never disturb your partner if sleeping. Use a toy or hand.

@Latestr8 I changed the title to be a little clearer to understand. And it purely depends on the partner and the conversations you have. I personally would thank a partner for quite awhile if I find them enjoying my body as I wake up as I will have given that permission. Some have said no and others have allowed reciprocal play.

It happened to me once. My first boyfriend. I woke up to him already inside me it was not consensual but the discomfort only lasted a few minutes thankfully.
Hubby has never woken me up and i have never woken him up. We used to have to get up very early for work 5:30 so getting a good nights sleep was important. Before sleep fine but not wake the other up. Now we dont work and i dont sleep well and what with hubbys ed he doesnt really get horny during the night.

Yes! We use to do that a lot when we first got together and I would stay the night with her or she stay the night with me. Now since I have moved it with her, we still do it. It went very well. Sometimes I will wake her up with my hard on while I’m cuddling up close to her, fingering her or going doing on her and sometimes she will wake me up by going down on me letting me know that she need me to make love to her.

I’ve never done it to my husband, though he woke me up with oral once. How I didn’t punch him remains a mystery.

There have been a few times with my OH when I have woke up in the middle of the night with a raging erection, and have contemplated rousing her for some sex, though never had the nerve. Now that she is mostly retired, that might be possible, though I would only do it if we were on holiday, or have had adequate rest. And if she woke up Randy, and wanted attention, I would relish the opportunity, and quickly get on board with it.
A work colleague once told me he had had sex with his wife while she was sleeping, and she never woke up. I told him I wouldn’t be bragging about it. If I had sex with my wife while she was asleep, she definitely would know I was there, and would not sleep through it.

Only happened once, with my first girlfriend many years ago.
